I paid for a SIM card over a year ago, and I never got it. I've been asking for it and talking to somebody at customer service, going back and forth for a couple of weeks now, and sent them screenshots of my payments more than once.

I gave them my shipping address again to get a replacement more than once, and now all of a sudden, I'm talking to somebody new, and they're acting like they don't know what I'm talking about. Today, I noticed that they took my phone number that I have been paying for on subscription and replaced it with a new number. Now, I am very upset, and I want a refund. I don't care about the SIM card anymore, so I called customer support and went through the chatbot, and I never got anybody.

Then, I called them from his consumer, and I never got a human, and they just hung up. I am very unhappy; I want my money back.

I purchased a SIM card for 4.99 on August 31, 2025, and I have not received my SIM card. I would like a refund.

Online services have failed to help me with my SIM card, and I'm super frustrated. It's been going on for like 24 hours, and I just please need help from a human.

Nothing happened. The message merely said to use the app.

The reason I'm trying to reach someone is because there is not enough information via the app. I need to speak to someone else who is in IT, or tell me what to do.

I just paid for a daytime pass and for some reasonits not working? SO, what did I just pay for!?

I am pretty sure that text now just completely ripped me off!! And guess what? Wanna know what happens when you call their customer service line? You are met with an automated response that solves absolutely NOTHING!!

So once againWHAT DID I JUST PAY FOR? WHERE DID MY MONEY GO? HOW DO I CONTACT SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE? I am extremely pissed off and still dont have a friggin phone!

Complete rip off. Waste of money. Absolute Scam. And I want my damn money back, like now.

I guess Ill keep text chatting with Susan from Pakistan or whatever robot they have scheduled for today.

If feel that this is unjustified because I've never gotten banned, they could of done a day ban instead they banned my account.

It’s telling me I need to verify my email. I have done that.

I don’t know how many times. My email is already connected to my TextNow app, and I can’t make any calls. It was working fine, and all of a sudden it stopped working. I am receiving calls in but can’t make calls out.

I don’t know what the problem is.

Unable to make any calls whatsoever because the phone calling icon disappeared from the homepage. I've done everything possible to retrieve it and nothing works.

I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone that wants to have reliable service. Why is there no email address on your site to get help?

Straight lost my phone for weeks and the neighbor found it but my I can't call text I don't know about the internet though probably can't I can't even login on my phone

I cant make any calls out I was using 2 devices one was an android but no longer using the android foam. Im using my iPhone 11 that I download the TextNow app on and it was working but now its not I cant make any calls out.

A number, (518) 444-****, is texting me harassing me and my friends. I am trying to avoid police and I am trying to figure out what email is connected to this phone number. Please help, its getting obnoxious

Refund my money right now. I did not authorize this transaction. I've already contacted my bank.
