reached out to all customer service numbers, emails, etc. there response was to ping pong me to another unhelpful sight I had already tried.

Respond and try to accommodate the customers as much as possible.At least try to satisfy customer. Give more information on product so the person can be more assured it will work Offer to replacement.

Textnow advertised that people could make unlimited calls/texts FREE! With or without wifi.

NOT TRUE. I even purchased their sim card to make sure I'd get what was promised. No such luck.

Textnow only works w/ wifi.
Customer service is good - IF YOU HAVE 60-90 MIN to hang around until a live agent comes online.
Very poor connection. I have my phone on max volume and still find difficulty hearing the other party.
OVERALL - DOUBLE THUMBS DOWN!

I am not able to reach customer service. I have in the past. I am grateful for the service I do have. I am not a pissed customer. I just have questions. I am not sure how my approved comment to customer service appears to be a review? I a trying to confirm that I am only paying for one locked in number that I am utiliting which is 530/507-****. I have two emails with a sim card purchased under another email that I don't believe I am using, If I am using the Southern area code number I only want to pay and transfer to the one I am using above. Also, do you have data Internet service? Because I have no data when in town. Thank you:

I don’t have any experience because I didn’t have a chance to speak to anyone cause it was a voice service and it hung up. And I try to write an agent under the app and no one came on there to talk to me at all. I did this for a couple of days and no one got back to me.
