Stop attempting to charge me for using Text Now I don't use your service anymore. My name is Vester Lee Robinson Jr and y'all gave me a 626 phone number. Every time you do this and it declined it charges me 20.00 from my back.

I have a text now SIM card in my phone which enables me to make calls even though I'm not in a Wi-Fi area well all the sudden I went to go send a text when I wasn't in Wi-Fi and it wouldn't let me so I kept trying and I thought was just a certain number and so I went on the support the bot told me to delete the app and redownload it well when I did that my neighbor had been reassign messages on my page were from 2020 and it was a living *** and then it got to where it was the right page again but yeah I couldn't make calls outside of Wi-Fi and I was on support chat back and forth for almost an hour and a half and guess what it still wasn't resolved until I finally figured it out on my own so it's great if you don't need to make calls outside of Wi-Fi but if you're going to spend money on a SIM card that says that's what you get that's what you should download get and right now I'm not well I am now but it's been over a week of nothing but sheer terror and tears and frustration

Textnow frequently will place a 24 hour restriction/hold on your account without any apparent reason, or permanently disconnect your account for no apparent reason. You can't call them, or at least not without great difficulty, and when you do get someone on the phone, they refer you to the chat forums instead of fixing your phone service.

TextNow believes they are above the law, and will not respond to US FCC complaints.

Apparently their foreign Canadian headquarters believes that the FCC doesn't apply to them because they are in Canada.

Their signal is good, but the company is too unreliable to trust with your every day business dealings to be taken seriously as a primary source of telecommunication service. Best to avoid them.

Where's my SIM card? It's been well past the allotted days you originally told me.

On the third, you sent me an email stating on the 3rd of Nov. saying you sent my SIM card out. It's now the 17th.

I'm no genius; however, I'm sure that's 5 days past the latest expected day you gave. Considering I paid for this and still haven't received it, please let me know something.

I paid for a SIM card over a year ago, and I never got it. I've been asking for it and talking to somebody at customer service, going back and forth for a couple of weeks now, and sent them screenshots of my payments more than once.

I gave them my shipping address again to get a replacement more than once, and now all of a sudden, I'm talking to somebody new, and they're acting like they don't know what I'm talking about. Today, I noticed that they took my phone number that I have been paying for on subscription and replaced it with a new number. Now, I am very upset, and I want a refund. I don't care about the SIM card anymore, so I called customer support and went through the chatbot, and I never got anybody.

Then, I called them from his consumer, and I never got a human, and they just hung up. I am very unhappy; I want my money back.

I purchased a SIM card for 4.99 on August 31, 2025, and I have not received my SIM card. I would like a refund.

It’s telling me I need to verify my email. I have done that.

I don’t know how many times. My email is already connected to my TextNow app, and I can’t make any calls. It was working fine, and all of a sudden it stopped working. I am receiving calls in but can’t make calls out.

Unable to make any calls whatsoever because the phone calling icon disappeared from the homepage. I've done everything possible to retrieve it and nothing works.

I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone that wants to have reliable service. Why is there no email address on your site to get help?
