Bad business
I ordered a textnow sim card and I never received it and I tried getting a hold of them but theres no way to do that so I requested a refund over 2 weeks ago and I still have yet to receive anything this is ridiculous and unprofessional

- - Unable to receive verification code for TextNow 619754**** because Gmail is locked by 2FA.
- - Needs access to Google verification code to proceed.
I messaged them and told them about my 2FA issue im having with them and the sent me a link to the g./recover page (which i have already tried) and nothing got resolved. i dont think that they get the question im asking them when alls i need is to get the 2FA code that is being sent by google, but my text now number that is linked with google sends an authentication code to text now and vice versa.
im at a loss here, all of my information (bank accounts, google drive, etc.) are on the account jarrelljeff99@***.com. All of my pictures, my resume, EVERYTHING is GONE....
