For the past 4 months I have been getting charged $2.15 every single week for a total of 16 weeks starting from May 23rd at 5:07 p.m. through September 5th at 5:07 p.m. my card has been getting charged $2.15 and you're claiming that it would have locked my number and it did not lock my number and I did not authorize any of these transactions and you still retired my number actually once she retired my number and then you started charging me and I have been away for the past 4 months without any access to my phone or the app or even the internet I need to be refunded my money. Please and thanks

Inquiry about service

TextNow has been giving me constant notifications about using or losing it despite the fact that I'm using it. You would think it would have a way to check whether I am or not and stop the notifications if the answer is yes. Or that a live representative customer service office would be easy enough to reach. Also, in using TextNow, me and my friend have dealt with countless dropped calls, audio issues, (sharp fluctuations in volume, sudden audio silence, etc.) It discourages the frequency of our use of the app because of how frustrating and often pointless it is to try to communicate. Texting works fine, but calls are never guaranteed not to be a hassle.
