Wrong address got typed in and now I need to fix that so I can receive my SIM card. I have tried using the in-app chat bot, but it was completely unhelpful and very frustrating because all I need is someone to fix the address on my order. I have a text now SIM card in my phone which enables me to make calls even though I'm not in a Wi-Fi area well all the sudden I went to go send a text when I wasn't in Wi-Fi and it wouldn't let me so I kept trying and I thought was just a certain number and so I went on the support the bot told me to delete the app and redownload it well when I did that my neighbor had been reassign messages on my page were from 2020 and it was a living *** and then it got to where it was the right page again but yeah I couldn't make calls outside of Wi-Fi and I was on support chat back and forth for almost an hour and a half and guess what it still wasn't resolved until I finally figured it out on my own so it's great if you don't need to make calls outside of Wi-Fi but if you're going to spend money on a SIM card that says that's what you get that's what you should download get and right now I'm not well I am now but it's been over a week of nothing but sheer terror and tears and frustration

Verified Reviewer |Undependable, Unreliable, Foreign Alien Company that Won't Abide by US Consumer Rules
Avoid this company. Although they have a better than average signal for a VOIP provider, this foreign Canadian company can not be trusted, and they can shut off your service at any time, and for no apparent reason. Best to avoid them.
Textnow frequently will place a 24 hour restriction/hold on your account without any apparent reason, or permanently disconnect your account for no apparent reason. You can't call them, or at least not without great difficulty, and when you do get someone on the phone, they refer you to the chat forums instead of fixing your phone service.
TextNow believes they are above the law, and will not respond to US FCC complaints.
Apparently their foreign Canadian headquarters believes that the FCC doesn't apply to them because they are in Canada.
Their signal is good, but the company is too unreliable to trust with your every day business dealings to be taken seriously as a primary source of telecommunication service. Best to avoid them.

I want a refund
I paid for a SIM card over a year ago, and I never got it. I've been asking for it and talking to somebody at customer service, going back and forth for a couple of weeks now, and sent them screenshots of my payments more than once.
I gave them my shipping address again to get a replacement more than once, and now all of a sudden, I'm talking to somebody new, and they're acting like they don't know what I'm talking about. Today, I noticed that they took my phone number that I have been paying for on subscription and replaced it with a new number. Now, I am very upset, and I want a refund. I don't care about the SIM card anymore, so I called customer support and went through the chatbot, and I never got anybody.
Then, I called them from his consumer, and I never got a human, and they just hung up. I am very unhappy; I want my money back.
