I bought it months ago to use but not on Wi-Fi as it says; not once has it worked. I put it in, I followed the instructions.

I tried to contact them; they were trying to tell me that my settings were wrong. I watched videos on YouTube, I've done everything that I was supposed to, and it still doesn't work.

Phone number is a waste of time automated recording that hangs up on you at the end. Chats have made me wait hours and then dropped when I don't respond when they have provided no notification when sound options are on, my volume is up and, my notifications are turned on.

It's been two weeks since I paid for a SIM card and received an email the same day stating that it had been shipped. The problem is, I still haven't received it, and I shouldn't have had to purchase another one because, for some reason, it was deactivated.

I thought once you purchase a SIM card and keep it, it doesn't get deactivated. I have been using TextNow for years, but it seems that everything is changing and those of us that have been here for years don't understand what is going on. Years ago, when I bought a SIM card, it locked in my phone number and that was it – I didn't have to do any more. But now, it seems like you have to pay weekly or monthly to have your number locked in and not have your phone disconnected.

It's upsetting how things have changed and we now have to pay for things we never had to pay for before with TextNow. My main reason for contacting you is that I paid for a SIM card over two weeks ago and still haven't received it. Since the 24th, it keeps telling me to activate my SIM card that I don't have yet. Can someone please tell me what's going on?

Textnow advertised that people could make unlimited calls/texts FREE! With or without wifi.

NOT TRUE. I even purchased their sim card to make sure I'd get what was promised. No such luck.

Textnow only works w/ wifi.

Customer service is good - IF YOU HAVE 60-90 MIN to hang around until a live agent comes online.

Very poor connection. I have my phone on max volume and still find difficulty hearing the other party.
