I've been trying to get ahold of technical support, and y'all only have a recording, and then it ends the phone call. It will not help me get back into my account. This is BS.

Help Me with my account and recieving my Sim

I have waited for over a week for my Sim Card I only have wifi right now that's why there in business right. Thank you for hopefully helping me get heard and see if I get my Sim card or somebody offering up maybe a reliable company that will help me like you guys are trying to do.

And yes, in the situation where I am calling because I utilized a text now on my iCloud, it was done with my new number. This number has now expired and it just keeps stating that if I had text now there, it keeps implying that I have to maintain that number I changed with my iCloud.

Consequently, I can't download or update any of my apps. It's as if I'm locked out of my phone, but I can still access it in a way.

However, it's truly urgent for me. I just need this number to be removed from my phone or a resolution is needed.

I clicked on my text now app to make a call, only to find I had been logged out for some reason. I never logged out in the past 10 years.

So I tried to log back in, but cant remember my password. So I used the forgot my password link, and it told me a reset had been sent to my email address dougpperry@***.com Unfortunately no reset email has arrived to my email address yet. Ive tried using this tool for an hour now and nothing shows up. I just used my text service last night with no issues.

I called the customer support number and didn't get connected to anyone. The call just ended after the prompt and privacy rights message.

That would be obvious if someone picked up the phone and talked. I'm beginning to understand why there's a 'Pissed Customer' agreement.

I'm receiving new emails and obtaining new numbers. I texted once and received no response.

Then, upon checking, I discovered my account had been disabled. I believe it's a joke; there is no valid reason. I am not committing any illegal activity, and I should be entitled to have as many numbers as I want since they are linked to different emails. Yet, as I mentioned, I haven't done anything wrong.
